Project Runway: The Coffeehouse Eco-T

SPOTTED: An organic-cotton T-shirt designed by Project Runway designer Mychael Knight for the nation's coffee overlord, Starbucks.

WHAT CAUGHT OUR EYE: Organic cotton is like a gateway drug to even-more-Utopian fibers and fabrics—like the hemp, flax and bamboo used by HT Naturals, the company making these shirts. (Listen up HT: We all want to be wearing bamboo pants before the ice caps melt. Can you make it happen?)

GET IT: A limited number of organic-Project-Runway-coffee-hipster T's will be given away by Starbucks starting at 10 a.m. Pacific time daily through 2/28.
