Top Design III: Wearstler Gets Jiggy With Regency

SPOTTED: More Empire-strikes-back starlet-glam from Top Host judge Kelly Wearstler, the Hollywood It Girl of design. (She's had dinner parties atop a lucite cover over her swimming pool.)

WHAT CAUGHT OUR EYE: These chairs conjure the term "aristocratic dandies" ... and that's something we don't hear nearly often enough. Chloe Sevigny's used Wearstler's boldly colored wallpaper for a funky, regal effect in her New York home. (See a slideshow of a House and Garden spread on Sevigny's place.)

GET IT: Fabric and rugs from Wearstler's company, Kwid, are available to the design trade through F. Schumacher and Co. These Gustavian armchairs are covered in Wearstler's Imperial Trellis fabric, available here.
